Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by VVS Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

VVS Technologies specializes in custom web development, cloud hosting, corporate branding, and digital infrastructure solutions for businesses within Belize and internationally.

3. Support, Warranty & Maintenance

We stand firmly behind the quality of our code. VVS Technologies provides up to 3 months of free warranted support for all completed development projects, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your project agreement.

This warranty covers:

  • Resolution of any undiscovered bugs or critical errors present at launch.
  • Ensuring the project operates exactly as defined in the original scope of work.

Post-Warranty Changes & Additions:

After the 3-month free warranty period expires—or if you request entirely new features outside the original scope during the warranty period—changes will be at an additional cost. These continued services will be charged depending on the requested task (billed either by the hour or at a flat rate per task).

4. Payment Terms

Project milestones and payment schedules will be outlined in a mutual agreement prior to starting any work. Full payment is required before the final handover of project source code or before live deployment on external servers. Hosting plans are billed according to your selected recurrence (e.g., monthly or annually).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client retains ownership of the final deployed project code and associated custom assets. VVS Technologies reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, or promotional material unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is enacted.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime on our cloud hosting services, VVS Technologies shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss or revenue loss—resulting from server outages, third-party plugin failures, or unauthorized access outside of our direct control.
